Hello!
At Elevate Care Co., we believe healthcare should feel personal, empowering, and whole. As a female-owned practice, we go beyond diagnosis — honoring your body, supporting your journey, and bringing expert Nurse Practitioner care directly to you. From holistic, lifestyle-centered care to concierge direct primary care, we meet you where you are — on your timeline, tailored to your needs. And because community matters, a portion of every dollar goes directly to charity.
Elevate your care. Elevate your life.

**Weight Loss Note – Compounded peptides are not FDA approved and are not subject to the same testing as approved drugs. They are prepared by compounding pharmacies under sections 503A or 503B of the FDA, which exempt them from standard FDA approved, current good manufacturing practice requirements, and labeling standards. While outsourcing facilities under 503B are subject to cGMP and FDA inspection, tradition compounding pharmacies under 503A are primarily regulated by the sate boards of pharmacy.
**Peptide Note – While these peptides are relatively safe they are not FDA approved and have not been tested. They can carry risk of endocrine disruption, immunogenicity, organ toxicity, carcinogenicity, and neuropsychiatric effects, with other risks unknown.
